The Body Shop Wellness Program

At our spa, we make staying healthy easy and pleasant for you and your loved ones. We offer massage therapies and wellness programs that help boost your immune system and raise mood-elevating brain chemicals. You can discontinue your program if you feel that you no longer need it; however, a 30-day notice is required. This is a month-to-month program, which means there is no long-term contract or commitment involved. We offer plans for friends and families. Please note that monthly payments shall be made via auto-debit.

Infrared Sauna Therapy

Take advantage of our Infrared Sauna to enjoy the many benefits it can do to your body. All you have to do is to book a schedule as you would with any of our other services.

Contraindications

You must always check with your physician or pharmacist for possible interactions with drug effects due to the use of an infrared sauna. For individuals with adrenal suppression, multiple sclerosis, or systemic lupus erythematosus, raising the core temperature may be contraindicated. An acute joint injury should not be heated within the first 48 hours of the infrared sauna session, or until the joint erythema and swelling subsides. The use of infrared saunas is also not advisable for pregnant women as it can be harmful for both the mother and the baby.
